Teriyaki Turkey Burgers with Grilled Pineapple

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium or medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into six burgers about ½-inch thick.
- If necessary, brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the burgers for about six minutes on one side, then flip them, baste with teriyaki sauce, and grill for another 4-6 minutes until cooked through.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple rings to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once and optionally brushing with teriyaki sauce.
- Serve the turkey burgers on buns with additional teriyaki sauce, lettuce, and Swiss cheese if desired.
