Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, teriyaki sauce, shredded zucchini, onion, cilantro, ginger, and salt/pepper in a large bowl without over-mixing.
- Shape the mixture into 4 round burger patties.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
- Cook the burgers for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Grill the pineapple rings for about 3 minutes per side.
- Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce on the bottom half of a bun, adding the turkey patty, a grilled pineapple ring, and red onion.
- Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and add the top bun before serving.
