Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93/7)
  • ½ small red onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp dried ginger

The toppings

  • 5 slices pineapple

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey and grated onion.
  2. Add chopped cilantro, minced garlic, soy sauce, and dried ginger to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into burger shapes, approximately 110g each.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, covering them after flipping.
  6. After cooking the burgers, add pineapple slices to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve the burgers with the grilled pineapple on top.
