Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and parsley in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties and brush with vegetable oil.
- Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place the cooked patties on buns and add desired toppings before serving.
