Instructions
- Mix ground turkey with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and yogurt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add roasted peppers, olives, and feta cheese to the turkey mixture and gently mix until evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- Serve the burgers in butter lettuce leaves topped with Tzatziki sauce.
