Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup jarred roasted peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • cup feta cheese, crumbled

For serving

  • as needed leaves butter lettuce
  • as needed tablespoons Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey with garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and yogurt in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Add roasted peppers, olives, and feta cheese to the turkey mixture and gently mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the burgers in butter lettuce leaves topped with Tzatziki sauce.
