Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce

The Tzatziki Sauce

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

grated and squeezed dry cucumber

Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, spinach, Feta cheese, 2 minced garlic cloves, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and rosemary in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, remaining minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill for the tzatziki sauce, then refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cook the burger patties in a lightly misted nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Assemble each burger with lettuce, tomato, the cooked patty, and tzatziki sauce on a bun.
