Instructions
- Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt, then refrigerate.
- Chop the sun dried tomatoes, mince the red onion, crumble the feta, and thaw and squeeze the moisture from the frozen spinach.
- Combine the ground turkey, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, feta, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into five burger patties, making them flatter and wider.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook three patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining patties.
- Serve the burgers on buns with the lemon dill yogurt sauce, cucumber slices, and red onion.
