Ingredients

Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp dried dill
  • tsp salt

Turkey Burgers

  • 19 oz ground turkey
  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz frozen spinach
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

For Serving

  • 5 pieces hamburger buns
  • ½ cucumber sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt, then refrigerate.
  2. Chop the sun dried tomatoes, mince the red onion, crumble the feta, and thaw and squeeze the moisture from the frozen spinach.
  3. Combine the ground turkey, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, feta, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into five burger patties, making them flatter and wider.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook three patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  6. Repeat with the remaining patties.
  7. Serve the burgers on buns with the lemon dill yogurt sauce, cucumber slices, and red onion.
