Greek Turkey Burgers

The sauce

For serving

iceberg lettuce

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat if grilling.
- Chop the artichoke hearts and olives, then mix them with the turkey, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 8 large burger patties, using oil on your hands to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the sauce by chopping the cucumber and removing excess moisture, then blend it with the other sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Cook the burgers on the grill or in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While the burgers cook, slice the avocado and onion, and prepare the iceberg lettuce leaves as buns.
- Assemble the burgers with a lettuce leaf, a patty, avocado, onion, and drizzle with sauce before topping with another lettuce leaf.
