Healthy Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki

The tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- 1. Combine all burger ingredients in a bowl and mix well using your hands.
- 2. Form the mixture into patties, using about ⅓ to ½ cup of meat for each.
- 3. Heat a skillet with avocado oil over medium heat and add the burgers once hot.
- 4. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Repeat until all burgers are fully cooked.
- 6. Prepare tzatziki sauce as per your preferred recipe.
- 7. Serve the burgers with onion, tomato, buns, or over lettuce.
