Hawaiian Pizza Sliders

Ingredients

The sliders

  • 1 package Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 9 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices Canadian bacon
  • ¾ cup diced pineapple

The topping

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and remove the top half.
  3. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on the bottom layer of the rolls, then add the sliced mozzarella and Canadian bacon.
  4. Sprinkle the diced pineapple on top and place the top layer of rolls back on.
  5. Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in the parmesan, garlic, and parsley, then brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
