Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan and cook onion until golden brown.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
- Purée the sauce until smooth.
- Prepare the dough by mixing yeast, sugar, and water, then adding flour and oil.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise in a greased pan.
- Preheat the oven and press the risen dough into the pan.
- Parbake the dough until slightly golden.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until done, then remove.
- Cook pineapple with sugar in the bacon fat until browned.
- Assemble the pizza with mozzarella, bacon, and pineapple, then bake until golden.
- Slice the pizza and drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with jalapeños.
