Ingredients

The sauce

  • 1 cup Mango BBQ Sauce

The dough

  • 1 batch Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

The toppings

  • cups Hawaiian Kalua Pork
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 3 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Make the Mango BBQ Sauce.
  2. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough to the desired size.
  4. Place the dough on the heated grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes until bubbles form.
  5. Remove the dough from the grill and flip it so the grilled side is facing up.
  6. Spread ¾ cup to 1 cup of Mango BBQ Sauce evenly on the dough.
  7. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top to hold everything together.
  8. Add 1½ cups of Hawaiian Kalua Pork.
  9. Top with ¼ cup of diced red onion and 1 cup of cubed fresh pineapple.
  10. Finish with 3 oz. of crumbled goat cheese and 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  11. Transfer the loaded pizza back to the grill.
  12. Cover and grill for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
  13. Serve the pizza.
