Hawaiian Pizza on the Grill

Instructions
- Make the Mango BBQ Sauce.
- Heat the grill to medium heat.
- Flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough to the desired size.
- Place the dough on the heated grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes until bubbles form.
- Remove the dough from the grill and flip it so the grilled side is facing up.
- Spread ¾ cup to 1 cup of Mango BBQ Sauce evenly on the dough.
- Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top to hold everything together.
- Add 1½ cups of Hawaiian Kalua Pork.
- Top with ¼ cup of diced red onion and 1 cup of cubed fresh pineapple.
- Finish with 3 oz. of crumbled goat cheese and 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the loaded pizza back to the grill.
- Cover and grill for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
- Serve the pizza.
