Perfect Grilled Pizza

The pizza base

ready-to-bake pizza dough

The toppings

pizza sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 450°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper until thin and translucent.
- Brush olive oil on the top side of the dough.
- Flip the dough onto the grill with the oiled side down and brush the top with olive oil.
- Grill the dough for 2-3 minutes until it begins to puff and develop grill marks.
- Flip the dough over and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and any additional toppings.
- Grill for another 2-4 minutes, adjusting the lid for desired doneness.
- Slide the pizza off the grill onto a serving board, let it rest for 3-5 minutes, then slice and serve.
