Instructions
- Prepare the grill and preheat it.
- Make the pizza dough and let it rise.
- Roll out the dough into pieces that fit on the grill.
- Brush one side of the dough with oil.
- Place the oiled side down on the grill and cook until the bottom is browned.
- Flip the dough and quickly add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Close the grill lid and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool slightly before slicing.
