Instructions
- Prepare your pizza dough and toppings, and heat the grill to high heat.
- Shape the dough on lightly oiled parchment paper, ensuring even thickness.
- Brush olive oil on the top side of the dough and place it on the grill, then brush the exposed side with olive oil.
- Cover the grill for 20-30 seconds, checking the bottom of the dough until it is golden, then flip it.
- Quickly add toppings to the flipped dough, or remove it from the grill to top it if you're slow.
- Check the bottom of the dough regularly and remove it when golden, repeating with remaining dough and toppings.
