  • 1 cup five minute tomato sauce
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup artichokes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pizza dough and toppings, and heat the grill to high heat.
  2. Shape the dough on lightly oiled parchment paper, ensuring even thickness.
  3. Brush olive oil on the top side of the dough and place it on the grill, then brush the exposed side with olive oil.
  4. Cover the grill for 20-30 seconds, checking the bottom of the dough until it is golden, then flip it.
  5. Quickly add toppings to the flipped dough, or remove it from the grill to top it if you're slow.
  6. Check the bottom of the dough regularly and remove it when golden, repeating with remaining dough and toppings.
