Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and toppings in advance.
- Heat the grill to high and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Slide the rolled-out pizza crust onto the hot grill and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Flip the pizza crust onto a floured surface with grill marks facing up.
- Spread the desired sauce on top and add toppings without overloading.
- Return the pizza to the grill and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden and toppings are cooked.
- Remove from the grill, slice, and serve immediately.
