Ingredients

The base

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 serving pizza dough

The sauce

  • 1 serving sauce (tomato, pesto, or olive oil)

The toppings

  • to taste toppings (cheeses, vegetables, proteins)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and toppings in advance.
  2. Heat the grill to high and brush the grates with olive oil.
  3. Slide the rolled-out pizza crust onto the hot grill and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip the pizza crust onto a floured surface with grill marks facing up.
  5. Spread the desired sauce on top and add toppings without overloading.
  6. Return the pizza to the grill and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden and toppings are cooked.
  7. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve immediately.
