Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F with a rack in the upper third.
- Prepare the pizza dough and season the flour with black pepper.
- Spread ¼ cup of barbecue sauce on each pizza.
- Layer the toppings on each pizza: mozzarella, pineapple, jalapeños, feta, and onion.
- Bake each pizza on the top rack until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 12 minutes.
