Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 12-inch Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust

The toppings

  • cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • cup sliced pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup reduced fat 2% shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
  3. Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes over the sauce.
  4. Add the pineapple chunks evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pineapple.
  6. Add the pepperoni pieces on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the entire pizza.
  8. Bake the pizza on a baking sheet, pizza stone, or directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes.
