Instructions
- Sprinkle pastry flour on the counter and roll out the pizza dough into a 16-inch circle.
- Place the rolled dough on a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce evenly over it, leaving edges free for crust.
- Layer turkey pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Cut colby cheese into thin pieces and spread over the pizza, then add more pepperoni.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and the remaining pepperoni.
- Sprinkle dried parsley over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Melt butter and mix with Italian seasoning, then spread over the crust after baking.
- Allow to cool before serving.
