Double Turkey Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

The pizza base and sauce

  • 1 lb. Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 15 oz. Organicville Organic Pizza Sauce
  • cup Pastry Flour

The toppings

  • 4 oz. Uncured Turkey Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 4 oz. Colby Cheese Block
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Parsley

The seasoning and finishing

  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pastry flour on the counter and roll out the pizza dough into a 16-inch circle.
  2. Place the rolled dough on a pizza pan and spread pizza sauce evenly over it, leaving edges free for crust.
  3. Layer turkey pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  4. Cut colby cheese into thin pieces and spread over the pizza, then add more pepperoni.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and the remaining pepperoni.
  6. Sprinkle dried parsley over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Melt butter and mix with Italian seasoning, then spread over the crust after baking.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
