Instructions
- Spread pastry flour over the counter and shape the fresh dough into a 10-inch circle.
- Coat the bottom of an 8-inch cast iron skillet with olive oil and place the rolled dough inside, forming a wall around the sides.
- Chop the fresh mozzarella and layer it with turkey pepperoni on the dough, then cover with shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle oregano over the cheese, add crushed tomatoes, and top with grated parmesan, Fontina cheese, turkey pepperoni, and jalapeños.
- Fold the edges of the crust into the pan and brush with an egg wash.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until brown. Allow to cool before serving.
