Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it in half. Roll out each half into circles about ¼ inch thick.
- Dust a pizza peel or baking sheet with corn meal and place the rolled dough on it.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, add TABASCO sauce, pepperoni, caramelized onions, and mozzarella cheese.
- Gently slide the pizza onto the heated pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
