Mediterranean Roasted Red Pepper Pizza

red bell peppers, very thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough until very thin.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and spread with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper over the dough.
- Add olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and cheese on top.
- If using, add pepperoni and thinly sliced bell peppers.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust is crisp and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil before serving.
