Pepperoni Bites

refrigerated pizza crust dough
The filling

shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese

sliced turkey pepperoni

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
- Unroll the pizza crust dough and cut it into 24 even pieces.
- Flatten each piece and place about 2 teaspoons of cheese in the center.
- Add a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and press to seal.
- Place the sealed balls seam side down in the pie plate.
- Brush olive oil over the tops of the bites.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes until browned.
