Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the milk and egg to the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni until evenly mixed.
- Divide the batter evenly among the mini muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
