Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the chopped pepperoni, cheese, and black olives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and pizza sauce.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
- Divide the batter among 12 muffin cups.
- Swirl additional pizza sauce into the tops of each muffin and add extra cheese and toppings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the centers are set and muffins are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
