Gluten-Free Pizza Muffins

Instructions
- Prepare the gluten-free pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Chill the rolled dough in the freezer for 10 minutes or in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Cut the chilled dough into circles and place them in the muffin pan.
- Add a tablespoon of pizza sauce to each muffin cup, followed by veggies, protein (if using), and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11-14 minutes until the dough is browned and the cheese is melted.
