Instructions
- Toast the gluten-free bread until golden.
- Place the toasted bread on a cookie sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the bread.
- Sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Add thinly sliced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the tomatoes.
- Add bacon or pepperoni if desired.
- Top with goat's milk cheese or dairy-free cheese.
