Ingredients

The base

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread

The toppings

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium vine-ripened tomato, thinly sliced
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 slices bacon or pepperoni (optional)
  • 2 slices 100% goat's milk cheese or dairy-free cheese

Instructions

  1. Toast the gluten-free bread until golden.
  2. Place the toasted bread on a cookie sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  5. Add thinly sliced tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the tomatoes.
  7. Add bacon or pepperoni if desired.
  8. Top with goat's milk cheese or dairy-free cheese.
  9. Broil the pizzas until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
