Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the English muffin halves cut side up on the baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Toast the muffins in the oven for about 4 minutes until barely golden.
- Spread 1½ tablespoons of pizza sauce over each muffin half, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning, adding any desired toppings.
