Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
- In a pie plate, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and Tabasco sauce.
- Gently pull apart each English muffin and soak each side in the egg mixture.
- Place the soaked muffins cut side up on the baking sheet.
- Add ham or crumbled bacon on top of each muffin, followed by any additional toppings and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
