Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a whoopie pie pan.
- Blend the eggs, water, Tabasco sauce, and kosher salt in a blender until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the whoopie pie pan cavities and bake for 8-11 minutes until puffed and set.
- While the eggs bake, prepare the toppings and cut the English muffins in half.
- Toast the English muffins under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the meat on the muffin bottoms, topping with egg and cheese, and closing with the muffin tops.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
