Large Batch Egg Breakfast Sandwiches

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Butter each well of a jumbo muffin tin and add 1 tablespoon of water to each.
- Crack one egg into each muffin cup without adding salt and pepper.
- Bake the eggs for about 10 minutes, checking for desired doneness.
- While the eggs are baking, place buttered English muffin halves on a baking sheet and lay out Canadian bacon on the other side.
- Once the eggs are done, cover them with foil and set aside.
- Broil the baking sheet, watching carefully until the muffins are toasted and the Canadian bacon is heated.
- When the muffins are toasted, place a slice of cheese on half of them and return to the oven to melt.
- Remove from the oven, top each muffin with an egg, add salt and pepper, and Canadian bacon.
