Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water, then add the pizza dough mix and combine until a dough forms.
- Roll golf-ball sized pieces of dough and press them into the muffin tin, then bake for 13 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top each cup with salsa, refried beans, and cheese, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Top with fresh tomato, corn, lettuce, and cilantro, and enjoy warm.
