Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Proof the yeast by combining 1 cup of warm water with sugar and yeast in a bowl, then set aside for 10 minutes until bubbly.
- In a stand mixer, combine the gluten-free flour and salt.
- Add the remaining water, yeast mixture, and olive oil to the flour mixture, then mix until the dough comes together.
- Spray a large bowl with olive oil, add the dough, and cover with a cloth.
- Allow the dough to rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425° F and roll the dough out onto parchment paper, adding flour if necessary.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza pan or stone and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with desired toppings, and bake for an additional 8 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
