No Yeast Pizza Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly pour in ¾ cup of warm water while stirring until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, add more water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a smooth ball.
- If the dough is too warm or sticky, chill it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a 10-inch circle about ½ inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan and pinch the edges to create a thicker crust.
- Drizzle ½ tablespoon of olive oil on top.
- Par-bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Add your desired toppings and bake at 450°F for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
