Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- In a small bowl, combine yeast and ¾ cup warm water, letting it set for 5 minutes to activate.
- In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour blend, salt, baking powder, and remaining sugar.
- Make a well in the dry mixture and add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and additional warm water, then stir until combined.
- Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone, flattening it to less than ¼ inch thickness.
- Pre-bake the crust for 20-25 minutes until it begins to look dry.
- Remove from the oven, add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings, then bake for an additional 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut immediately and serve.
