Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick/instant rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¾ cup room temperature water
  • ¼ cup grass-fed butter, melted
  • to taste as needed avocado oil or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC).
  2. 2. Grease a pizza pan with oil or butter.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  4. 4. Pour in the water and melted butter, then mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. 5. Form the dough into a ball with greased hands and flatten it on the pizza pan.
  6. 6. Bake the crust for 12-13 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. 7. Add toppings and return to the oven for another 12-13 minutes.
  8. 8. Let it sit for a minute, then slice and enjoy.
