Easy Gluten Free Oatmeal Pizza Crust

avocado oil or butter for greasing
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC).
- 2. Grease a pizza pan with oil or butter.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
- 4. Pour in the water and melted butter, then mix until a thick dough forms.
- 5. Form the dough into a ball with greased hands and flatten it on the pizza pan.
- 6. Bake the crust for 12-13 minutes until lightly browned.
- 7. Add toppings and return to the oven for another 12-13 minutes.
- 8. Let it sit for a minute, then slice and enjoy.
