Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare two pieces of parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ghee, water, and flatbread mix, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a ball and place it between the two pieces of parchment paper, then flatten it into a circle or rectangle.
- Transfer the dough on the parchment to a baking sheet and smooth the edges with wet hands.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes until the edges start to brown.
- Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice the pizza and serve.
