Ingredients

The flatbread crust

  • 1 package Bob's Red Mill Grain Free Flatbread Mix
  • 2 eggs eggs (or flax eggs)
  • ¼ cup ghee, melted (or coconut oil)
  • ¼ cup water

The toppings

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ lb ground chorizo
  • to taste artichoke hearts, quartered
  • to taste mushrooms, sliced
  • to taste olives, sliced
  • to taste ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare two pieces of parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, ghee, water, and flatbread mix, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball and place it between the two pieces of parchment paper, then flatten it into a circle or rectangle.
  4. Transfer the dough on the parchment to a baking sheet and smooth the edges with wet hands.
  5. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until the edges start to brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the pizza and serve.
