Herb Gluten Free Flatbread with Cooked Garbanzo Beans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F with a 12-inch cast iron skillet inside.
- Puree the cooked garbanzo beans, eggs, water, olive oil, Italian herb blend, and Herbamare in a blender or food processor.
- Once the oven reaches temperature, carefully remove the skillet and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve as is or add pizza toppings and bake for a few more minutes.
- Slice into 4 or 6 pieces while still in the pan.
