Ingredients

Creamy Artichoke Spread

  • 1 cup cooked white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 canned artichokes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Spinach Pesto

  • ½ cup pepitas
  • ½ clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups loose-packed spinach
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

For the Pizza

  • 1 unit Angelic Bakehouse Flatzza™ Crust
  • Several handfuls unit fresh spinach
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 4 canned artichokes, quartered
  • ½ cup finely chopped parsley
  • Handful unit mint leaves
  • Handful unit microgreens
  • to taste unit red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Artichoke Spread by blending the beans, artichokes, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and olive oil until creamy.
  2. Make the Spinach Pesto by blending pepitas, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and spinach, then adding olive oil until combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  4. Place the Flatzza™ crust on a baking sheet and spread the artichoke spread over it.
  5. Layer fresh spinach leaves on top, followed by ¾ cup of cheese, the quartered artichokes, and the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with dollops of pesto, parsley, mint, microgreens, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Slice and serve.
