For the Pizza

Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Artichoke Spread by blending the beans, artichokes, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and olive oil until creamy.
- Make the Spinach Pesto by blending pepitas, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and spinach, then adding olive oil until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the Flatzza™ crust on a baking sheet and spread the artichoke spread over it.
- Layer fresh spinach leaves on top, followed by ¾ cup of cheese, the quartered artichokes, and the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and top with dollops of pesto, parsley, mint, microgreens, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Slice and serve.
