The dough

homemade pizza dough (or 1 lb. store-bought pizza dough)

olive oil, divided

cornmeal
The toppings

roasted garlic, finely chopped

grated or shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling on top

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese

can (13 ounces)
artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1½
cups
fresh spinach
to taste
optional
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the pizza dough and preheat the oven to 475°F (246°C).
Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Shape the dough into a 12-inch circle and create a lip around the edges.
Push dents into the dough surface to prevent bubbling and brush with remaining olive oil.
Top the dough with roasted garlic, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichokes, and spinach.
Bake for 14–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Slice and serve immediately, storing leftovers in the refrigerator.
