Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone inside to heat for 20 minutes.
- Shape the pizza dough into a 13-inch round on parchment paper, creating a taller rim, and brush with olive oil.
- Sauté ¾ of the spinach in olive oil until wilted, then chop and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and onion powder, then slowly add milk and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in minced garlic and the sautéed spinach.
- Spread the spinach béchamel sauce over the pizza crust, leaving the rim uncoated.
- Top with chopped fresh spinach, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, and chopped artichokes.
- Transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone and bake for 10-13 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
