Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Spinach Artichoke Dip

mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave until fully melted, stirring in between.
- Mix in the egg, then add almond flour and protein powder until thoroughly combined.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper or shape with oiled hands, then place on a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
- In a pan, melt butter with onions and garlic over medium heat until softened.
- Add the cheeses to the pan and melt them together, then stir in spinach and artichokes until combined.
- Add red wine vinegar and white pepper, adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Use half of the dip mixture, adding 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to it and refrigerate the rest.
- Spread the remaining Monterey Jack cheese over the crust, then spread the spinach artichoke dip on top.
- Return to the oven until warmed through.
