Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted, stirring in between.
- Add the egg and mix well, then incorporate almond flour and protein powder.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper or shape with oiled hands.
- Place on a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
- In a pan, melt butter with onions and garlic over medium heat.
- Add cheeses and melt, then stir in spinach and artichokes until combined.
- Mix in red wine vinegar and white pepper, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Use half of the dip and stir in mayonnaise, refrigerate the rest.
- Spread remaining Monterey Jack cheese over the crust, then add the spinach artichoke dip.
- Return to the oven until warmed through.
