Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust

The toppings

  • 3 ounces garlic herb spreadable cheese
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • 1 handful shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste sun-dried tomatoes or sun-dried tomato pesto

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread the garlic herb cheese over the pizza crust.
  3. Layer on the artichokes, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes or pesto.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes until browned.
