Instructions

  1. Blend the rolled oats until a fine powder forms.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and milk. Stir to mix and add any optional seasonings.
  3. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
  4. Cook the flatbread over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove the flatbread from the pan and repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter.
  6. Allow the flatbreads to cool before serving.
