Instructions
- Blend the rolled oats until a fine powder forms.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and milk. Stir to mix and add any optional seasonings.
- Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
- Cook the flatbread over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the flatbread from the pan and repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter.
- Allow the flatbreads to cool before serving.
