Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour and yogurt in a large mixing bowl using a wooden spoon.
- Once crumbly and combined, knead the mixture with your hands to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a biscuit.
- Place the biscuits on the baking sheet, evenly spaced.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
