Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten free self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp gluten free self-rising flour
  • 3 cups whole milk Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the flour and yogurt in a large mixing bowl using a wooden spoon.
  3. Once crumbly and combined, knead the mixture with your hands to form a dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a biscuit.
  5. Place the biscuits on the baking sheet, evenly spaced.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Enjoy!
