Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, mixing until combined. Adjust the thickness of the dough with more yogurt or flour if necessary. Fold in cheese if using.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, pat and roll it to ½-inch thickness, then divide into eight portions and shape into mounds.
  4. Place the mounds on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 17-19 minutes until golden brown on top and firm around the edges.
