Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt, mixing until combined. Adjust the thickness of the dough with more yogurt or flour if necessary. Fold in cheese if using.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, pat and roll it to ½-inch thickness, then divide into eight portions and shape into mounds.
- Place the mounds on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 17-19 minutes until golden brown on top and firm around the edges.
