Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250C/500F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self rising flour, heavy cream, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
- Knead the dough gently a few times until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and flatten it to about half an inch thick.
- Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with extra heavy cream.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
