  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250C/500F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self rising flour, heavy cream, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Knead the dough gently a few times until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and flatten it to about half an inch thick.
  5. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with extra heavy cream.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
