Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- 3. Stir in the heavy cream until just combined.
- 4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead briefly until smooth.
- 5. Shape the dough into a ¾-inch thick round and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
- 6. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, rotating the sheet halfway through.
- 8. Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
