Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, garlic salt, and baking powder.
- Gently stir in the cream until the mixture is moistened and holds together.
- On a lightly floured surface, pat out the dough to about 1 – 1 ½ inches tall.
- Use a 2-inch round cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with cream.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
